I was rummaging through my backpack desperately searching for a business card. Frustrated, I grumbled to the person waiting that I probably left them in the car. After what felt like an eternity, I gave up and begrudgingly promised to text the information instead. But a funny thing happened. It seems my phone was listening — we all know they do — because suddenly, I was bombarded with ads for digital business cards. I didn’t even know what a digital smart card was, but I soon learned, and I purchased one. I loved it! However, I’d purchased the custom card ($29.95) w/the free hosting plan. But what I really wanted was the premium features the paid plan offered. However, when I looked at the pricing options I was shocked at the cost (minimum $60 a year)! Stunned, I muttered to myself, “I’ll figure out how to do this myself.” And guess what? I did. Now, taking what  I’ve learned, I want to save you money too. ~ Sam McCall
